Return & Refund Policy

At Mugshot Coffee Supply, we stand behind every bag we ship.

Because our coffee is a consumable product and many of our merchandise items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products or custom merchandise.

Coffee Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@mugshotcoffeesupply.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage

We will work quickly to replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Merchandise Orders

Due to the made-to-order nature of many apparel and merchandise items, returns are accepted only for:

  • Defective items
  • Printing errors
  • Incorrect items received

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production or fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
